Julia Garner will join the cast as Silver Surfer!
According to Deadline’s special news, Silver Surfer, who has become one of Marvel’s most loved characters, will be portrayed by Julia Garner in the movie. So we will see the female version of the character, which also appears in the comics. The 30-year-old actress, whose star has risen recently, was known for the Ozark TV series.

The movie may take place in an alternate MCU universe
There is still no information about the plot of the film, but according to sources, we will see Garner as “Shalla-Bal”, a version of the Silver Surfer in the comics. This character, which first debuted in 1968, appeared as the partner of the male Silver Surfer.
According to rumors, the arrival of Shalla-Bal indicates that the film may be set in an alternate Marvel universe.
