Although there is no official statement yet, photos shared from the Daredevil: Born Again series show that Jon Bernthal will be included in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the Punisher.
Before the Disney+ platform started broadcasting, series of Marvel characters were broadcast on Netflix. In this universe, which was kept separate from the main Marvel Cinematic Universe, more street-level heroes appeared. Punisher and Daredevil characters were among the most popular names of those series. It seems like Marvel aims to protect these characters and the actors who portray them.

Although there is no official statement yet, it was claimed that we will see the Punisher once again in the Daredevil: Born Again series and that the character will once again be played by Jon Bernthal. The shared set photo shows that the allegations are true, unless they are part of a heartbreaking April Fool’s joke made by Disney.
Jon Bernthal played the character of Frank Castle/Punisher in both the Daredevil series and the Punisher series, which lasted two seasons. Bernthal, who received full marks from the fans of the character, was wanted to continue his role in the MCU. Charlie Cox (Daredevil/Matt Murdock) and Vincent D’Onofrio (King Pin) similarly returned to their roles in the MCU.

Although Bernthal has previously stated that he wants to return to the role, a statement from Marvel needs to be made to say anything definitive.
